Up to 3 revisions may be requested for all content; additional changes/revisions may result in extra fees.

Thumbnail creation may be requested and included in agreed pricing.

Your project may be added to my public work queue. Feel free to let me know if you would like to be marked anonymous.

I reserve the right to post parts of the content to my social media and use it for my portfolio upon completion except for NDA work.

Collaboration is on an at-will basis for both parties unless a written agreement is formed.

All payments must be made through invoices provided by me via PayPal.

Video Services: Production will begin after a non-refundable 50% deposit is made (for long-form/other types of content) or it is fully paid upfront (short-form & all others).

If full upfront payment is made and the client wishes to cancel, only 50% will be refunded.

Extended lack of communication (zero response for weeks) may result in project cancellation without refund.

I will issue a full refund if I am unable to complete the video by no fault of the client.

Commercial/company services are +50% fee. Rush orders/NDA are up to +100% fee.

Content Management Services: pricing will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties at a flat rate.

Payment is either bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) or monthly, starting with a 50% initial deposit.

Video Services: Turnover is ~1-3 days for short-form and ~3+ days for long-form or other. Exact range will vary on project type.

Final video will be delivered after full payment has been made.

Files will be deleted off of Google Drive 3 weeks after delivery. Please download it before then or let me know if I need to leave it longer.

Some rush orders may not be accepted.

Content Management Services: Clients may request briefings at agreed upon cycles or a written analytics report at the end of each cycle.

Services include regular consultation & content strategy discussions

Credit must be provided (Video: Sinphox https://x.com/sinphox) where the work is uploaded. Commercial fee (+50%) will be included if you wish to not provide credit.

The client agrees to not modify the provided work without consent and to not use project deliverables to create any derivative works, repurposed assets, or any commercial purposes outside of the initial intended use. If the client wishes to make any additional uses of the work, the client agrees to seek permission and make such payments as are agreed to between the parties at that time.

Client does not reserve the right to feed/transform deliverables into any AI service.
